Who We Are
We are seasoned investors with over three decades of experience working at some of the world’s foremost private equity firms. Over that time, we have invested in and worked with businesses generating $25 million to several billion dollars of revenue.
Entrepreneurs at heart, we founded LVR with the goal of bringing this expertise and network to high-potential small- and mid-cap organizations with aspirations for a greater future.
We provide bespoke capital solutions meant to address our partners’ specific needs, from majority recapitalizations to minority growth investments. Post close, we act as a high-impact resource to help enhance the business to the benefit of shareholders, employees, and customers.
